Data Disposal: When retention periods expire, we securely delete your information using methods that prevent data recovery. Backup copies are also eliminated following the same secure deletion procedures.

Despite our security efforts, no system is completely immune to threats. We'll notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours if a data breach occurs, following Vietnamese notification requirements.
